Policies

Cancellation:

Clients can cancel up to 1 hour before their scheduled shoot with no fees. If the client already paid, a refund will be fully issued.

If the client cancels less than an hour before the shoot, a $25 charge will be issued.

If the photographer arrives to the shoot and the property is inaccessible due to the instructions provided, they will wait 15 mins to receive further instruction. If no instructions are given during the 15 minute wait time, the photographer will leave the shoot and the client will be charged 50% of their scheduled fee.

If the photographer cancels the shoot, the client will receive 20% off their rescheduled shoot with a FREE add-on of their choice.

Weather Conditions:

All drone shoots or add-ons will be canceled if there is any precipitation and/or strong winds. Drones are not weather proof and cannot be operated under these conditions.

Still photo shoots will be canceled under heavy weather conditions. Light rain or snow will not require a cancellation. Cancellations will not apply if the still photos are strictly interior.

Drone:

Due to FAA restrictions, some properties may not be suitable for drone photography. Typically properties directly below a flight path, or near airports, are restricted or limited for drone use. Please keep this in mind when booking drone shoots. If drone photography is deemed unsuitable once the photographer arrives, a proper refund will be issued for that service.

Reshoots:

Please have the property fully prepared and ready for all photos to be taken at one shoot. IF the property is not fully prepared, and more photos are requested to be taken at a later date, there will be a $70 charge for the additional travel and time.

Payments:

All payments are to be made BEFORE the photos are released. Clients will not receive photos until a payment has been made. Exceptions to this rule can be discussed prior to shooting.

Accepted payment methods are Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Tap-to-Pay (on site) or Check. Other methods can be discussed during the scheduling process.

Refunds:

NO REFUNDS will be issued once the transaction is final.  If the client is unsatisfied with the photos, additional edits or pictures can be requested.

Booking:

Direct bookings are not provided. All bookings are to be reviewed & confirmed by the photographer.

Please provide at least a 24-hour notice for SAME-DAY TURN AROUND ADD-ONS. The photographer will need prior notice to ensure they have time to edit and deliver the photos the same day.

Standard Shoot Time:

If you are wondering how long a shoot can take, this is a rough estimate of the amount of time each service takes. The shoot time can vary depending on readiness, size, & amount of people on the property.

  • Standard Listing Shoot: 45 mins

  • Drone Photography/Add-On: 15 mins

  • Video: 20 mins

  • Floor Plan: 10 mins

If you are wanting the shoot to be quick and efficient, ensure the home is empty, and all items on my pre-shoot checklist are completed to the best of the seller's ability.
